The re-used timber louvres act as privacy screen, baluster and serve as a solar shading system.
Track 9A makes the most out of the tight plot restrictions. The two setbacks in the front and back of the extruded volume allow daylight to flow in, transforming all the houses into corner apartments. A three-dimensional grid of balconies, cladded with re-used wood, form the recognisable face of the building.
